1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ok67", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ok67 platform and its operating entity, accessible at ok67.app.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the ok67 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the ok67 platform through which you access games, deposit funds, place wagers, and withdraw winnings.
• "Platform" means the ok67 website, mobile site, and any applications through which ok67 gaming services are delivered.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your ok67 account, including real-money funds and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ok67 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary terms referenced herein including ok67's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ok67 platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

ok67 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

3. Eligibility

Use of the ok67 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ok67 is strictly an adults-only platform. Persons under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on ok67.

4. Account Registration

To access ok67's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following conditions apply to all ok67 accounts:

• One account per person: Each player may hold only one active ok67 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.
• Accurate information: All registration details — including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• KYC verification: ok67 will conduct identity and age verification (KYC) on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts remain restricted pending satisfactory KYC completion.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok67 username and password. ok67 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
• Account non-transferability: ok67 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to another party.

ok67 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where the platform suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ok67 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported payment methods: ok67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit where available.
• Deposit processing: Deposits are credited to your ok67 balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ok67 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the ok67 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. ok67 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals, though processing times may vary.
• Wagering prior to withdrawal: ok67 requires that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is accepted. Where bonus funds are active on an account, applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Currency conversion: ok67 transacts solely in PKR. Any currency conversion costs associated with USDT TRC20 transactions are borne by the player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ok67 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all ok67 promotions unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the relevant promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable balances.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, and expiry dates applicable to each promotion are set out in the specific promotional terms accompanying that offer.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ok67 and its associated entities are not eligible to participate in promotional offers.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the ok67 platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, events, and casino games are published within the relevant sections of the ok67 platform:

• Bet acceptance: A wager is only considered accepted once ok67 has confirmed it and the bet is displayed in your account's transaction history. ok67 reserves the right to refuse or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where odds or pricing have been published in error.
• Pricing errors: Where a market price or casino game outcome has been published as a result of a manifest error, ok67 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes. This applies whether the error is technical, human, or data-feed related.
• Event cancellation: Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the agreed completion point, ok67's standard void and refund rules apply. Specific event rules are published within the sports betting section.
• In-play betting: All in-play wagers on ok67 are subject to standard delay policies. ok67 is not liable for wagers placed after an event's natural conclusion due to transmission delay.
• Maximum payout: ok67 applies maximum payout limits per event and per player as displayed within the sports betting terms. Winnings in excess of stated maximum limits will be reduced to the applicable maximum.
• Casino game rules: Each casino game on ok67 operates according to its own published rules, available within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules prevail for that specific game.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ok67 platform. ok67 actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct and will take immediate action — including voiding bets, suspending accounts, and forfeiting balances — upon detection:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the ok67 platform in any manner not available to standard users.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to achieve artificial outcomes in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to sporting events or casino outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical faults will be void.
• Creating or operating multiple ok67 accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal details.
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or for which you do not have explicit authorisation.
• Any activity constituting money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ok67 staff, agents, or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ok67 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ok67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ok67 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any ok67 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the ok67 platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any intellectual property notices displayed on the platform.
• Use ok67 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ok67's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok67 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ok67 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ok67's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Losses arising from decisions made in reliance on information published on the ok67 platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.
• Any interruption or cessation of the ok67 service resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

ok67's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your ok67 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

ok67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following responsible gaming tools and protections are available to all ok67 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from within your ok67 account dashboard, taking effect immediately upon setting.
• Session time alerts: ok67 can notify you when you have been logged in continuously beyond a duration you specify.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from ok67 by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Account Termination

• Effect of termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the ok67 platform is revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force.

13. Privacy & Data

ok67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ok67 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or compliance obligations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ok67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ok67 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or contact number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the ok67 platform.

Your continued use of the ok67 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using ok67 and request account closure before the effective date of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ok67's operating jurisdiction. ok67 operates in compliance with the licensing and regulatory framework of its operating territory.

In the event of a dispute between you and ok67 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. ok67 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with ok67's response, you may request escalation to ok67's compliance team by clearly marking your follow-up communication "Formal Escalation".
• Step 3 — Resolution: ok67 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent third-party mediator.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
